How It Works
1. You fill out our form and upload your digital pictures or scanned photos. You tell us what you want done with your pictures.
2. We evaluate your pictures and email you an estimate of how much it will cost to retouch and restore your photo(s).
3. Once you have agreed to the estimate and reply to our email agreement form, we create a username and password protected folder on our server to contain your pictures.
4. We email you the username and password to your folder.
5. When we complete the first pass of retouching, we upload a medium resolution sample (or a few samples if you have a big order) with our watermark of our logo on each picture.
We email you a notification of update. We provide you with a link on the email which can only be accessed with the password we have provided earlier.
You can also access your password-protected folder at our Orders page. If you are concerned about privacy, you can request your order not be placed on the orders page. We will email you your photos as attachments or provide you with ftp links.
6. After you view your pictures online and are satisfied with the work. You submit the payment via paypal.
When we have succesfully received your payment, we send you the full resolution pictures with our watermark logo removed.
(optional) 7. In the event you want additional work done to the retouched photos, you email us your request and we will perform the additional work on a second pass. Please note that this may incur additional costs. If so we will notify you before we proceed.
(optional) If you are satisfied with your retouched versions and decide to show them off on our site, let us know and we will put a sample up on our samples or featured gallery page.
We will provide a link from your picture to your site if you agree to it.
